Phone calls, emails and IC Player Communications

In the past this was in an open forum, but I figure these things can be done via PM ( Or IM) and those conversations can be kept track of in the character forums, unless of course the conversation takes place in a scene and players just want to do it there. For example the character getting the phone call can tag into that scene for the duration of the phone call, and then exit the scene when done. So, it fall on both players to keep track of these conversations in their forums. If it is not recorded, the information/conversation did not take place.
